Today we watched an English theater play about pirates and a treasure. The pirate’s name was Captain Crap and his friend was Fisher. Captain Crap loves singing and dancing but Fisher doesn’t like dancing and singing. She wants to find a treasure. They have a treasure map and their ship the “Rusty Bucket” . At the end they find the treasure but there is nothing inside. Captain Crap found the treasure many years ago. Ahoy there is a show about a pirate and a fisher. I think it was well performed. It was a good show with music, singing and dancing. It was funny to look at the stage. I think the people on the stage talked too fast and I couldn’t understand everything. But I could still see what they did so I understood the story. (Finja)
I like comedy and I think the theatre was good. I also like the fight of the captains. I like that the actors spoke to the audience and that we could ask questions at the end. I also liked the music (Levin)
My favorite character was Fisher. She is clumsy, funny and talented. I love this theater play because it is in English. Mr. Craps I guess is not talented but the actors did a very good job. But I didn’t understand some words. (Jana) There was a war between pirates who didn’t like each other. I think the story was good but also a bit boring. They sang a lot and had fun on the stage. On Wednesday, February 8th 2023 in the 2nd Block there was a theater play for the 5th and 6th classes. The play “Ahoy there” was played by 2 actors from England. The story was about pirated looking for a treasure with a treasure map. There was also a fight. However the whole piece was a bit lost. In the end the treasure was found but without gold and silver. I liked the piece. (Hanna) For me the theater play was good. I think the others think it was good too.
Ich fand das Stück relative langweilig und überdreht, doch das Ende fand ich eigentlich doch ganz schön. Den Anfang fand ich langweilig. Dort haben sie fast nur gesungen und getanzt. Der mittlere Teil war okay. Das Ende war das Beste vom Stück, weil es mich berührt hat. Mein Lieblingscharakter war Fisher. Sie konnte schön singen. (Elisa)
I liked the show because it was comedy. The play was good because it was about pirates. The message of the play was great. It was: “ In reality the treasure in life is to have fun with friends not money. The actors acted well. The dance show was funny.
Das Theater was schön. Als es losging konnten wir uns das gar nicht vorstellen. Am Ende aber stellte sich heraus das der Captain den Schatz schon ein paar Jahre vorher gefunden hatte. Am Schluss durften wir den Schauspielern Fragen stellen.
Wir waren heute im Theater und haben „Ahoi there“ geschaut. Es war sehr lustig. Manchmal war das Publikum sehr unruhig, aber es hat trotzdem Spaß gemacht. Am Ende haben wir noch Fragen an die Schauspieler gestellt. Sie haben uns vielen Fragen beantwortet. Ich würde mich freuen, würden wir es wiederholen.
Am 8.2. gingen wir im 2 Block (3 &4 Stunde) in unseren Festsaal, denn dort fand ein englisches Theaterstück statt. Das Stück hieß „Ahoi there“ und es ging hauptsächlich um einen Fischer und einen Piraten. Es war sehr lustig und es wurde immer wieder darüber diskutiert wem das Schiff gehörte. Wir hatten zwar im Voraus eine Vokabelliste bekommen, konnten jedoch einiges nicht verstehen, weil sehr schnell gesprochen wurde. Trotzdem war es gut und ein super Ersatz für einen Englischstunde. The theatre was boring and funny. I think the fight scenes were really cool and the mood was good too. But the boat wasn’t good because the design was boring. The actress that played Fisher was so pretty. (Berat)
